How To Throw A Spiderman Party To Remember
Planning a Spiderman party is an easy and fun way of making the Marvel Comic fan in your life ecstatic. Certain elements are necessary to make sure that the theme of your party is continued throughout. These elements include cake, invitations, party games and a pinata as the proverbial icing on the cake.
Beginning with cake, most bakery's can make you a Spiderman cake of your design. Some stores may offer only cake toppers, but with a bit of creativity you can add this to a homemade cake. Starting with a sheet cake, ice in your choice of color and then place the cake topper(s) on top. If you would like to be a little more creative, start with a simple round cake. Use red tinted icing to make the background of the mask and then dark blue or black for the eyes and webs on the Spiderman mask (remember that the eyes are white, so save a little before tinting).
Getting an invitation to a Spiderman party can be a thrill for a kid and is the first opportunity to generate enthusiasm among your guests. With a few sheets of magnet paper, you can print a magnet to include with your invitations that reminds of the event and time. Keep in mind that this will add weight, and thusly, postage. Whether you make your own or buy them, be sure to include not only the necessary details like time and place but also the fun details. This is an opportunity to outline the games and activities that will take place at your party.
One activity that generates a lot of interest in children is the traditional Mexican pinata. Spiderman themed pinatas can be purchased in different styles. If you want a particular design and can't find it, consider making your own pinata. The process is easy and can be a great project to undertake with the guest of honor. Fill with candy and dollar store items and give each guest 3 whacks at the pinata.
Spiderman party games can also be purchased on created. A mix of both may be desirable in order to keep your guests busy and entertained. Making your own doesn't have to be expensive, simply buy cans of silly string and set up targets for party guests to shoot at with their silly string.
The silly string acts as Spiderman's webbing, and as a bonus, this game need not be as heavily supervised as the pinata activity. This allows time to clean up as you go, making for a much less stressful experience. With a few dollars and a bit of creativity, you can make your child's Spiderman party a success.

how come the marvel(spiderman, xmen, fantastic four etc.) movies dont like coexist?
i mean, in the comics, spiderman, xmen, and fantastic four are all in new york, how come there have benn no cameos or references to the other heroes? i just saw iron man today, and i herd they are planning to have an ironman/incredible hulk cross over, but i think they should have done that with the other movies by now.
There will be cameos in the upcoming movies from marvel. Tony stark will make a cameo in hulk and it has been rumored that wolverine will make a cameo as well. this is mainly due to the desire for an avengers movie. before they would have had to pay an actor for just a cameo, but now they would pay for the hype of the avengers movie. and hey stan lee cameos alot of marvel movies

How To Throw An Amazing Spiderman Birthday Party
An Amazing Spiderman Birthday Party can give the young Marvel fan in your life an experience they'll never forget. As a child, my father made sure that our birthdays were special. One year he took an old air conditioner box and cut a hole for my head and shoulders to go through. A few pieces of rope, with pipe insulation to make it soft, made sure I could "wear" the box.
With Paper Mache and some cardboard pieces, he made fins for the back of what would become a Batmobile. With the box sprayed black, and some bats spray painted on with cardboard templates, I had a Batmobile I could wear with my Batman costume. Needless to say, it was a hit with all the kids.
You can take some of my father's creativity and apply it to your Amazing Spiderman birthday party. A few cans of Silly String (sometimes you can find this at the Dollar Store) and you have some web shooter themed, economically affordable favors for guests.
A simple home made birthday cake from a box can easily be dressed up with red tinted icing and some black tinted icing to draw webs or even Spidey's face. You can also buy or make a Spiderman pinata which can be filled with candy and gum. You can save a bit of money on your Amazing Spiderman birthday party by printing your own invitations. For another economical Spiderman themed touch, a few packs of the inexpensive Handful of Heroes figures could be used on the cake, after washing thoroughly of course.
Local or online party shops will be able to provide all the odd items such as napkins, plates, cups and anything else you may need for your Amazing Spiderman birthday party. Some face paint and creativity on your part will allow you to do Spiderman face painting for those who want them. The level of creativity can be adjusted to fit the needs of the age group or specific party guests as well.
Comic books also make a great treat to give out as party favors. Packs of comics can be found in dollar stores, online auctions and retail comic book outlets. A very nice side bonus of giving comic books is that they are a great way to get kids to read in a fun way. A boost in literacy is something no parent can complain about.
