Popular Medical Series ER Comes to an End
It's been a long series run for the popular medical drama "ER". The series is based in a Chicago hospital, and follows the travails of the medical staff and their experiences at work. The original series was based around a movie script by the late screenwriter and author Michael Crichton - who is best known for his book, Jurassic Park.
Fans will note that the series has had many memorable episodes, as well as characters and actors that have become very famous. One such memorable episode was when the cast filmed a live episode in an actual hospital, twice for two time zones - each time the cast and crew were disguised as a PBS documentary film crew.
Superstar George Clooney was part of the original cast, and stayed with the series for five seasons before departing. In addition, Julianna Marguiles was also a doctor on the show for six seasons. Anthony Edwards became a recognisable face on the series, as did Eriq La Salle. All of these actors eventually left, but have returned for episodes throughout the last series that aired during 2009. Now, the series boasts big names including John Stamos, Shane West and Angela Bassett, all playing doctors in ER.
As with any television show, the series has had its ups and downs. Debuting with a cast that is now infamous for its acting ability, and the future stars it would produce, ER has become a mainstay on American television despite the fact that many popular characters left the show. In fact, ER is the second longest running series on television at the moment, trumped only by Law and Order.
Throughout the years ER fans have come out strong. During the peak of its run, the series boasted about 30 million viewers each week - a number which many other shows rarely match these days. The show has also been nominated for 123 Emmy Awards, and has won 22 of those nominations throughout the years. It has also been nominated and presented with numerous other awards including the People's Choice Award, Screen Actors Guild Awards, and Golden Globe Awards.
The series premiered on September 19th, 1994 in the Thursday night timeslot they would hold for their entire series run. During its first season, ER became known for its choppy editing and fast camera work, which many said looked similar to an action film, rather than a television series. That look continued - and high viewer ratings should be expected as fans tune in to watch the end of the emergency room drama like never before on a high definition TV.

How do i bridge a amp and run the speakers into a series.?
I have a rockford fosgate 2 channel punch 60 amp and two 4ohm kenwood 12's. I want to bridge the amp but still be able to use both subs so i would need to run them in a series. so how would i bridge and run in a series.

You bridge your amp, then wire your (2) 4ohm subs in "Series" for a 2 ohm load.

Run's House: 'run's House' Star Teams Up With Kid Rock
Joseph Simmons, more popularly known by his self-declared show business moniker of Reverend Run, is a longtime veteran and pillar of the rap music industry. Nowadays, one of his latest musical collaborations will be with Robert James Richie, better known as the musician Kid Rock. Simmons and Richie will be working together on an album titled Running With The Kid, a play on the title of the earlier album Riding With The King by B.B. King and Eric Clapton. During an interview with the website G4tv.com earlier this year, Simmons explained that the similarity of their styles led to the decision to try working together and see what would come of it.
Also according to Simmons, Kid Rock is a major fan of Run-D.M.C., the seminal rap group that Simmons formed during the 80s together with Darryl "D.M.C." McDaniels and the late Jason Mizell. On the other hand, the self-styled reverend added that he has grown to understand and appreciate Kid Rock's music in return. They planned to begin production of their joint venture in Detroit. The new season of the reverend's own reality television series, Run's House, will likewise feature a new album he's been working on. It's yet to be confirmed whether the new album will be Running With The Kid, or a different Simmons project entirely.
For his part, Richie stated that he's been focusing on lyrics, melody, and songwriting. He considers writing rap to be easy, and finds more challenge in crafting musical melodies and songs that will stand the test of time. Like the classic performers, Kid Rock wants to release something which can still be appreciated even three to four decades from now. This is why there will be less emphasis on rap in the album, Richie says, though it will still be a rhythmic element thanks to the cooperation of Simmons.
