Should they make a movie about the kingpin, the villain from both the daredevil and spiderman comics?
I was thinking about the idea of a single man that actually controls all off the world's crime and how it would probably make a good movie.
If you mean a movie that focuses on Kingpin, no. Not now. A lot of the charm of Marvel Comics has always been the improvisatory quality of even the stories which were drawn by John Romita and Gene Colan, which followed the original creators' work. This is a very heavily censored time, where we don't call it censorship, but rather "expertise"
There is a lot Stan Lee did -- especially, frankly with Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch -- I don't think would translate to today's movies at all, and if someone wanted to translate Kingpin to the movies I don't think they'd have any more success among today's studio's than they would translating Brecht's Arturo Ui to the screen (You can be sure for one thing that it would be marketed to the wrong audience if it was marketed at all).

Previously on Bones Season Episode 12 Dr. Brennan and the team work on a corpse which can be mistaken as a scarecrow placed in a remote cornfield. When the team went near to examine the dead body, they found that it has a bullet wound.
The team was also forced to work against the clock to avoid a storm and potential complications that would affect the evidence. Meanwhile, as they tried to investigate further, they found out that the man has a very active married life, having three wives who happen to be sisters by blood. When Booth and Brennan interrogated the victim's three wives, they learned that jealousy between them and their desire for their husband's attention had caused a major rift in the family. That was what happened in the previous episode of Bones Season 6.
On Bones Season 6 Episode 13 The Daredevil in the Mold; a botched bike stunt will leave the remains of a BMX rider on a warehouse roof. Hodgins and the team at the lab will investigate the skeleton's multiple fractures while Brennan and Booth will conduct an interview to the other stunt participants.
