The Advantage of Front-Load Commercial Dishwashers For Small Businesses

However, as it is built in the same way as the domestic dishwasher, it can be said that these front loading commercial dishwashers are not as efficient as the pass through variant, and this does become apparent; rather than the fluid system of pushing a rack into the machine and sliding it back out once the wash cycle has been completed, the front loading machines require you to cart heavy, loaded baskets around the kitchen - hardly ideal in a busy environment.
Therefore it is abundantly clear that though a front loading commercial dishwasher is an excellent addition to a small restaurant or cafe, there is a point where the extra efficiency offered by larger machines becomes apparent. Then again, it remains important to work within your means, so if you are running a catering business with a small kitchen area, then these dishwashers could well be an excellent way to keep your fledgling business running smoothly.
