How would I copy a file from one pc to another and the file to work?
I have nero 6 on my old PC that my son has now. I want to copy it and put it on my PC and for it to work. I have a usb port 1 gb that I can use to transfer the info but how? I tried to copy the file and moved it to my usb stick but it did not work?
In Windows, (most) programs have to be installed, not just copied. (They include files that were installed in other locations, entries made to the registry, etc.) If you don't have the installation CD for Nero, try something like Infra Recorder. It's free and handles CDs and DVDs.
