How can you paint over a picture like a Transparent paint is it possible to color comic characters?
i saw this episode in Screen Savers long ago and i was wondering how can you paint trasparent over pictures
When you say "transparent paint" - do you mean as in a laquer?
That is in effect a transparent paint which you aopply over the top of other colours to protect them.
But going back the first part of your question, no transparent "paint" - laquer - will not colour anything UNLESS as a result of a chemical reaction - eg: a chemically triggered pigment might go from being white / neutral to being vibrant red if "painted" with an activating chemical.
