Its Nate Grey(Jean Grey and Scoot Summers son) with Andy Kubert autograph on it. Pretty good condition (just a very little bent on the edge)
I think it was made in 1994 so its like16 years old or something.
The value of anything is how much any one (or more than one person) is will to spend on something. Old card games, antiques, old whatever are virtually worthless, all until a person says I am will to pay X amount for that. I would check out ebay or greg's list. That would be the only real place to find out.
